TRIO RACE PACKET PICK UP INFORMATION

Date & Time:        Saturday, November 12, 2011 / 12:00 - 5:00 PM

Location:              Kantary Hills, Nimmanhaemin Soi 12, Chiang Mai, Thailand

All participants are required to pick up their Trio race packet during the Access to Justice Public Interest Fair at the Kantary Hills on Nimmanhaemin Soi 12, Chiang Mai. Last minute registrations will also be accepted. Don't forget to bring extra Baht because we will be selling Trio for Justice 2011 T-shirts and raffle tickets!

When you pick up your Trio race packet, you will be able to:

• Complete your registration by paying in Baht if you haven’t already done so.
• Sign the Waiver statement - required.  (For those who registered online).
• Get your Trio For Justice Packet (Runner / Rider BIB).
• Pick up or purchase a Trio for Justice 2011 T-shirt.
• Learn about BABSEA CLE (Bridges Across Borders Southeast Asia Community Legal Education Initiative), The Not For Profit organization behind The Trio For justice.
• Register your friends if they haven’t been able to register yet.

Make sure to bring a Photo ID and your email confirmation or receipt!  If you are registered as a student, you must bring your Student ID.

Participants who are unable to personally pick up their race packet can authorize someone to pick up the race packet on their behalf provided that person has a copy of passport or photo ID of the participant and the original confirmation email or receipt signed by the participant.  Additionally, if you cannot pick up your race packet or cannot arrange for someone to pick it up for you on Saturday, November 12, please email dinah.chung@babseacle.org and we will make other arrangements for you.

TRANSPORTATION

The Start and Finish point for all events will be at the Log of Paradis Resort in Sankampaeng, Chiang Mai.  Registrants and spectators driving to the Log of Paradis Resort on their own can click HERE.

IF you will need transportation from Chiang Mai to the Starting point in Sankampaeng, we can provide transportation for you at an extra fee of 150 B. We will leave from Powerhouse Gym on Nimmanhaemin Soi 6, Chiang Mai and departure time will be at 5:30 AM. Please be on time as we will not be able to wait for you if you arrive too late.

If you choose to travel from Chiang Mai with BABSEA CLE, please note the bus will bring you back to Powerhouse Gym, but will not leave until the end of the certificate ceremony and raffle drawing, which is estimated to be around 11 or 11:30 AM. 

RAFFLE DRAWING

The raffle drawing will take place after the Trio running events.  You may purchase the raffle tickets when you pick up your Race Packet or after you have completed your run or walk.  Some of the raffle prizes include:

• Ipod Touch with personalized engraving
• Membership vouchers to Powerhouse Gym
• 1,000 Baht dinner voucher at the Chiang Dao Nest Restaurant
• Massage package at Sabai de Ka

รายละเอียดการรับชุดข้อมูลสำหรับการแข่งขัน TRIO

สถานที่:                        โรงแรมแคนทารี ฮิลส์ เชียงใหม่ ถ.นิมมานเหมินทร์ ซ. 12 เชียงใหม่ ประเทศไทย

ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทุกท่านต้องลงทะเบียนรับชุดข้อมูลประจำตัวผู้แข่งขันของแต่ละท่านในงาน “ Access to Justice Public Interest Fair” ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นที่โรงแรมแคนทารี ฮิลส์ เชียงใหม่ ถ.นิมมานเหมินทร์ ซ. 12เชียงใหม่ เราเปิดรับลงทะเบียนจนถึงนาทีสุดท้าย ภายในงานมีการจำหน่ายสินค้าที่ระลึก เสื้อยืด Trio for Justice 2011 และตั๋วเล่นเกมส์จับฉลากเพื่อลุ้นรับของรางวัลมากมาย 

เมื่อคุณเดินทางมารับชุดข้อมูลเพื่อการแข่งขัน TRIO คุณต้องสามารถที่จะ:

•  ต้องทำการลงทะเบียนให้สมบูรณ์โดยการจ่ายค่าลงทะเบียนในกรณีที่คุณยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการ
•  ต้องลงชื่อยอมรับข้อตกลงการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (สำหรับคนที่ลงทะเบียนผ่านระบบออนไลน์)
•  รับชุดข้อมูลสำหรับการแข่งกัน Trio For Justice (แผ่นป้ายติดหน้าอกของนักวิ่งและนั่งปั่นจักรยาน)
• รับหรือซื้อเสื้อยืด Trio For Justice 2011
• ทำความรู้จักกับองค์กรของเรา BABSEA CLE (Bridges Across Borders Southeast Asia Community Legal Education Initiative) องค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ผู้สนับสนุนกิจกรรมวิ่งการกุศลในครั้งนี้
•  คุณสามารถลงทะเบียนให้กับเพื่อนของคุณได้ ถ้าพวกเขายังไม่สามารถทำการลงทะเบียนเองได้

อย่าลืมนำบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนและอีเมล์ที่ได้รับการยืนยันหรือใบเสร็จรับเงินติดตัวมาด้วย ถ้าคุณลงทะเบียนแบบนักศึกษา ต้องนำบัตรประจำตัวนักศึกษาติดตัวมาด้วยเช่นกัน 

สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ไม่สามารถเดินทางมารับขุดข้อมูลการแข่งขันด้วยตัวของท่านเอง ท่านสามารถมอบอำนาจให้ตัวแทนของท่านมารับเอกสารแทนได้โดยต้องแนบสำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง หรือสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม อีเมล์ที่ได้รับการยืนยันหรือใบเสร็จรับเงิน พร้อมทั้งลงชื่อรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง แต่ถ้าท่านไม่สามารถเดินทางมารับเองและไม่สามารถส่งตัวแทนมาได้ภายในวันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายนนี้ ขอความกรุณาท่านส่งอีเมล์แจ้งมาที่ dinah.chung@babseacle.org ซึ่งทางเราจะทำการจัดส่งชุดข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการอื่นให้กับท่าน

จุดปล่อยตัวและเส้นชัยของการแข่งขันตั้งอยู่ที่ เดอะ ล้อค อ๊อฟ พาราดิส รีสอร์ท (The Log of Paradis Resort) ในอำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ผู้ลงทะเบียนและผู้เข้าชมที่เดินทางไปยัง เดอะ ล้อค อ๊อฟ พาราดิส รีสอร์ท ด้วยตัวของท่านเองสามารถค้นหาข้อมูลแผนที่การเดินทางได้ตามลิงค์ต่อไปนี้

ถ้าท่านต้องการความช่วยเหลือเรื่องการเดินทางจากตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่ไปยังจุดปล่อยตัวที่สันกำแพง เราสามารถจัดการให้ท่านได้ โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับการเดินทาง 150 บาท เราจะออกเดินทางจาก พาวเวอร์เฮาส์ ยิม (Powerhouse Gym) ถ.นิมมานเหมินทร์ ซ.6 จ.เชียงใหม่ ในเวลา 5.30 น.  ขอความกรุณาท่านรักษาเวลาเพราะเราไม่สามารถรอท่านได้หากท่านเดินทางมาช้ากว่าเวลาที่กำหนด

ถ้าคุณเลือกใช้บริการรถรับ-ส่ง ระหว่างเชียงใหม่-สันกำแพง กับทาง BABSEA CLE โปรดทราบว่ารถโดยสารจะนำคุณกลับมายังจุดนัดหมายที่พาวเวอร์เฮาส์ ยิม และรถจะออกเมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการมอบประกาศณียบัตรฉลองการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและการเล่นเกมส์จับฉลากลุ้นรับของรางวัล ซึ่งกิจกรรมจะจบลงในเวลาประมาณ 11.00-11.30 น.

เกมส์จับฉลากลุ้นรับของรางวัลจะจัดขึ้นหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมวิ่งการกุศล Trio for Justice เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว คุณสามารถซื้อฉลากเพื่อเล่นเกมส์ได้เมื่อคุณเดินทางมารับชุดข้อมูลการแข่งขันหรือหลังเสร็จจากกิจกรรมวิ่งหรือเดินแล้ว ตัวอย่างของรางวัลในการร่วมสนุกครั้งนี้ อาธิเช่น:

•  เครื่องเล่นเพลง Ipod Touch พร้อมการสลักชื่อส่วนตัว
•  บัตรกำนัลเพื่อเป็นสมาชิกของพาวเวอร์เฮาส์ ยิม
•  บัตรกำนัลสำหรับรับประทานอาหารค่ำที่ ภัตตาคาร เชียวดาว เนสท์ (Chiang Dao Nest Restaurant)
•  แพคเกจนวดผ่อนคลายที่ร้าน สบายดีค่ะ
